Admission Process

Thank you for visiting the Online Registration for Admissions for Nursery to 12 STD of The Godavari CBSE School. Please note that this is only a registration for admission and this process does not guarantee admission. You will be inform after selection via telephonic and SMS system procedure related to interview. The admission will be considered as final after interview with principal.

Online registration opens: 1st March, 2018 at 9:30

• Admission is open to all children who are eligible according to school criteria.
• Only 40 children per class, per division.
• Sibling (only directly related ones) will be given preference when a seat is vacant.
• The child needs to fulfill age criteria for STD 1 i.e. 5 years 8 months.
• Children with special learning needs, abilities and challenges will be discussed on case to case basis.
• The School Managing Committee’s decision with regard to admission final in this regard. Family Meet: This is a compulsory part of the process and mandatory for both the parents to attend. There is no formal interview for the parents. However, both the school authorities and the parents may use this opportunity to ask questions, clarify doubts/queries and get to know one another. It is compulsory for parents to carry the following documents at the time of admission process.
• Original Birth Certificate or duly attested copy if copies of originals not available.
• Aadhar Card copy for Indian Nationals
• Caste certificate (if other than general or open cas.ete)
• Special Diagnosis if any (Medical/ Learning Disability etc.)
• 3 Passport Size Photograph of Student and 2 Passport Size Photograph of Father And Mother

It is compulsory for parents to carry the following documents at the time of admission process.

• Caste certificate (if other than general or open caste)
• Special Diagnosis if any (Medical/ Learning Disability etc.)
• Sr. KG Mid Term Report Card or equivalent that elaborates the child’s learning level
• 3 Passport Size Photograph of Student and 2 Passport Size Photograph of Father And Mother

• Online link for admission registration will be activated on 1st March 2018 at 9:30 am
• After you complete the REGISTRATION and “SUBMIT" the online form, parents will receive the completed PDF form via an e-mail.
• Keep all necessary information handy (caste, date of birth etc.) before you log in.
• Give correct contact details as this is the crucial link for further communication.
• School will not be responsible for any delays / failure to register due to poor network, poor connectivity, and slow speed of internet or any other related snags from your side.
• Fully filled and submitted form will be considered and no other proof of efforts will be entertained to ascertain the registration.
• Direct admission by visiting school on first come first basis is allowed for convenience of parents, if fail to fill online form.

• You will receive a mail in 3 working days, regarding further process of admission with the date and time for the Family Meet and Student Interaction.

• The list with announcement of the admission will be displayed on the school notice board on 22 March 2018
